Rebuilding and Strengthening Your Customer Community
June 25 @ 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm MDT$20
The impact of COVID-19 on our communities is impossible to ignore. As we return to a new normal and business begins to pick up, it’s crucial that we continue to focus on rebuilding and strengthening our communities.
Continuing to invest in your loyal followers during recovery shows your business’ genuine commitment to your community and will help you grow faster and stronger through word of mouth marketing and the “human grid.”
On Thursday, June 25th we are excited to bring to your virtual workplace Geno Church, a sought after thought leader in uncovering the DNA of clients and their customer to find deeper forms of engagement and stronger communities. Joining him will be two local experts on building successful communities. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to take everything you have invested so far in your followers to the next level in our “new normal.”
From this Presentation You Will Take Away:
- An understanding of how your community shapes your brand
- How to create our own “human grid” through human connection, advocacy and the science of word of mouth
- How to find the essential building blocks you need to create and grow an online community for your brand.
- How your company can foster or further foster a community and how you can grow your own, both personally and professionally
About Our Panel

About Geno: Geno heads up a consultancy focused on the power of community movements. His small band of pirates takes over stages and holds audience’s captive with a vision for a deeper form of engagement. For 23 years, Geno was Discovery and Strategy Director at Brains on Fire. Chad Neufeld, Senior Marketing Manager, Chaordix
Talking on: Building Community Online. Bringing people together might seem challenging right now, but you can’t get COVID from the internet (we hope), so online communities are thriving. In my presentation, I will cover the essential building blocks you need to put in place in order to create and grow a community for your brand.
About Chad & Chaordix: Chaordix is a global leader in customer co-creation and crowdsourced innovation software and powers collaborative communities for greater customer insights, ideas and open innovation.
Chad’s prematurely grey temples are due to years of diverse, fast-paced marketing and advertising experience in the rapidly-changing digital landscape. He is most comfortable in a local coffee shop, listening to David Bowie, writing a short story, and resenting himself for so easily fitting the millennial stereotype.
Jackson Stuart, Marketing Manager, Village Brewery
Taking On: How Village Brewery decided to “craft exciting beer, share the stories of their industry and support the communities they live and work in.”
About Jackson & Village: “VILLAGE IS A BUSINESS BUILT AROUND BEER BUT DEDICATED TO BRINGING TOGETHER THE COMMUNITY IN ALBERTA, IT’S WHAT WE ARE PROUD OF, IT’S WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE.” JIM BUTTON
A lover of beer and a supporter of community, Jackson lives by the motto, “…It takes a village.” He also knows that community engagement is foundational to what Village Brewery does, as he leads the brewery in involving itself in a great deal of community events and volunteering.
