With over two decades of marketing leadership experience across industries that span public, private, start up and not for profit organizations, Brad has a demonstrated history of building data-centric organizational cultures focused on growing revenue, spearheading digital & technology transformation, and driving innovation. A passionate, strategic and analytical thinker with a penchant for getting things done, Brad has led and acted as a key advisor to small, medium and large scale operations in the fields of media, technology, advertising and Artificial Intelligence as well as several board of director positions including Board Advisor & Marketing Lead for Data for Good, a national volunteer organization that brings together leading data experts and enthusiasts with high impact social organizations.

Jeff Lowe – Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Human Resources Officer of SMART Technologies

Jeff is responsible for external brand strategy, marketing, communications, human resources and facilities. He joined SMART in 2012 and has more than 30 years of experience at global brands including IBM and TELUS, along with Agency experience. He holds an honors degree in Marketing from the University of Calgary, Canada.

Jeff is a recognized authority on strategic marketing, corporate culture & employee engagement through numerous awards, frequent speaking engagements and published articles.  Jeff brings a diverse approach to leadership, advocating for both right-and-left-brain approaches – merging scientific data, analytics and ROI with emotion and authentic stories of success.

John B. Pieri – Vice President Marketing Brand of ATB

John has over 20 years of diverse industry experience in the brand, marketing and product management world.  Passionate about our craft, John is focused on growing our shared profession while giving back to our local community.  Today he has the honor of leading a great group of Team Members at ATB Financial as the Vice President of Marketing, Brand.  And in his favorite role, he finds great joy every day in being a husband and father to two wonderful children, plus a cat and a puppy.

Tannis Gaffney – Vice President, Destination Promotion of Travel Alberta

Tannis brings more than 20 years of marketing acumen to the role of Vice President, Destination Promotion at Travel Alberta, with an expert focus on brand, research and insights, content, and digital platforms. Under her direction, the Travel Alberta global consumer marketing team is actively pursuing a goal of growing tourism revenues in Alberta by inspiring visitation from regional, domestic and international travellers to the province.  Tannis is a Canadian Advertising Accredited Professional (CAAP), and sits as a member of Destination Canada’s 10x marketing committee. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, a Certification in Digital Marketing, and a Certification in Strategic Leadership.

Marc Binkley – Managing Director & Director of Digital Marketing Strategy of Anstice Communications

Marc spent three years as the social media manager for Sport Chek and Atmosphere before progressing to the manager of digital strategy, analytics and paid search. He played a pivotal role in furthering the Canadian Tire initiative of digitizing the retail shopping experience, mapping customer journeys, leading real time marketing campaigns, developing content marketing strategies, initiating the data science program, designing attribution models, media mix tests and linking digital ads to both offline and online sales. Marc’s work has been recognized and awarded for excellence around the world in multiple categories. Marc is a Board Member at Calgary Marketing Association.
